WarpNet Contributor License Agreement (CLA)

By submitting a contribution (code, documentation, design, or other material) to the WarpNet project, you agree to the following terms:

  1. You are legally authorized to contribute. You certify that:

    • The contribution is your original work, or
    • You have the necessary rights to submit the work, and
    • You are legally permitted to grant the rights described below.

  2. You grant a license to the WarpNet project. You grant the maintainers of WarpNet a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, display, distribute, sublicense, and create derivative works of your contribution, under the terms of the WarpNet open-source license (currently: [insert license, e.g. MIT, AGPL, etc.]).

  3. You retain copyright. This agreement does not transfer ownership. You retain all rights to your contribution, subject to the license granted above.

  4. You understand this is an open-source project. Contributions to WarpNet may be publicly visible, auditable, and redistributed by others. You waive any claim of confidentiality or compensation unless agreed separately in writing.

How to agree

By submitting a pull request, issue, or merge request to the WarpNet GitHub repository, you indicate your agreement to this Contributor License Agreement.
